Who you are

You are a detail oriented, analytical thinker, who likes to tinker with different systems and data. You have previously worked in an enterprise SaaS environment. You have experience using HubSpot and other CRM models, and have mastered their tools. You have partnered with business leadership to align tools and help drive the business strategy forward. You thrive in collaborative environments, where you can work cross functionally with other teams to drive business results. What the role is

As the owner of the Sales and Marketing Operations, you will be an integral part of the sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will own and maintain our CRM by building the process and workflows, implementing the systems and driving accountability across the organization. You are a key partner across the go-to-market teams and play a critical role  by providing tools processes and visibility into the GTM functions. You will provide the company with knowledge and best practices for all things involving our CRM.

In this role you will:

  • Have full ownership over the CRM and build out a team responsible for sales and marketing operations which includes leveraging HubSpot as a CRM as well as Marketing Automation
  • Partner with business stakeholders including Sales and Marketing to drive systems process, roll out and adoption, understanding business leadership's needs and adoption within the organization
  • Identify business gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Implement changes and adapt the process to suit the business’ needs
  • Integrate new business systems into the CRM and ensure data flows smoothly
  • Generate, build, and deliver reports built in the CRM systems

Our office is also currently located in Newton, MA with an anticipated move date to Boston this coming December. We currently have limited capacity in-office due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are currently accepting candidates who live near or are looking to move within the commutable vicinity of Boston, MA. This job will start remote but be expected to be in office in the future to foster collaboration with team members and fellow Stavviators.
