Our Morningside Summer 2024 Fellowship is a 10-week paid internship program which offers undergraduate students the opportunity to work at a rapidly growing FinTech startup! There will also be the opportunity to gain mentorship and participate in Stavvy’s engagement events to fully round out your experience. In this Sales Operations Fellowship role, you will be an integral part of the Revenue Operations team,responsible for helping maintain our customer database, building reports, and assisting with the implementation of various department-wide initiatives
What you'll do
- Leading the data hygiene and integrity project for our customer and lead database, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
- Managing and maintaining Hubspot reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales, customer success, and marketing teams
- Assisting in overseeing the Revenue Operations ticket queue by providing resolutions to inquiries and issues
- Collaborating with the team to optimize sales and customer success operations processes, ensuring smooth execution that align with business objectives
- Providing support in managing the Revenue department budget
Who you are
- Rising Junior or Senior in a relevant field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision on tasks and projects
- Analytical thinker with the ability to identify patterns and draw meaningful insights from data
- Self driven and motivated individual capable of working independently
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Previous internship experience required to show practical application of team and collaboration skills
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus
