In this Customer Success Manager role, you will be an integral part of our Customer Success team and will be responsible for driving adoption and providing insight into the user experience and identifying upsell opportunities within the business relationships.

Who you are

  • 2+  years of experience in a process oriented Customer Success role
  • A fast learner dedicated to personal and professional growth
  • Experienced in building the relationships between an organization and its partners
  • A fast learner who can pick up on the nuances of our product and become an expert in all things Stavvy. Effective communicator with a Customer Centric Mindset
  • Experience in a FinTech startup environment and a background in Real Estate is a plus!

What the role is

  • Identify growth opportunities while monitoring retention and actively fighting churn risks
  • Oversee high touch onboarding process and ongoing business relationship for large enterprise clients within the mortgage and lending space
  • Monitor customer health scores to take proactive action based on the gathered information & data analytics
  • Collaborate with the Stavvy internal account team and external customer stakeholders in the creation of a Success Plan detailing their immediate and future needs, desired business outcomes, success metrics & KPIs
  • Create new processes to enable customers
  • Plan and host Executive Business Reviews to bring key stakeholders and contributors together to review ongoing success plan and business goals
  • Pursue product expertise, staying up to date on roadmap, product releases and managing customer feature requests/feedback in order to properly provide insight, consult and elevate the customer’s experience
