Who you are

You are a skilled engineer with 3-5 years in a similar sales engineering role. You have a unique combination of technical savviness and business awareness and you’re looking for a career where you can utilize both. You have a passion to serve the customer, and have experience in customer facing roles. You have the ability to quickly communicate complex technical topics on the fly and thrive in that environment.

What the role is

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play an integral part in the success of our Sales and Customer Support teams. You will report up through our Solutions Manager, and will establish strong relationships internally and externally. You will team with a multitude of departments within the organization to ensure that our sales team can deliver our powerful brand message and that our customer success and support teams are able to implement and deliver that vision. You will learn and understand customer requirements and communicate the business value of solving technology problems using our technology.

In this role you will:

  • Support Sales with Technical Demonstrations and integration workflow proposals
  • Manage Escalated Support Tickets related to integration and technical platform issues
  • Troubleshoot, identify and escalate bugs to engineering team
  • Support Customer Success by with technical onboarding and training.

Our office is also currently located in Newton, MA with an anticipated move date to Boston this coming December. We currently have limited capacity in-office due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are currently accepting candidates who live near or are looking to move within the commutable vicinity of Boston, MA. This job will start remote but be expected to be in office in the future to foster collaboration with team members and fellow Stavviators.
