Who you are

You are an experienced Account Executive who executes on all aspects of the sales cycle from initial contact to close. You are an expert at managing relationships with key decision makers at top lenders, title agencies and attorney firms across the country. You have excellent listening, negotiation, presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to the C-level. You have a high degree of integrity, and a team player mentality. You are experienced in working cross-functionally both internally & externally.

What the role is

As a Sr. Account Executive, you will report directly to the Director of Sales. You will  focus on strategic sales partnerships with large lending, title & attorney firms throughout the U.S.  You will be responsible for managing your assigned territory, generating new sales and building a continuous prospecting cadence once initial contact has been made; especially if a demo was provided.

In addition, you will help in the creation of performance metrics and present management with regular internal reviews of established goals and forecasting.  

In this role, you will:

  • Qualify opportunities by understanding the key business drivers and needs of the accounts
  • Effectively articulate and align Stavvy’s value proposition with those needs
  • Gather feedback from customers on platform strengths, challenges and opportunities and share with stakeholders and marketing/product teams
  • Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan for the Stavvy product and feature portfolio

Our office is also currently located in Newton, MA with an anticipated move date to Boston this coming December. We currently have limited capacity in-office due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are currently accepting candidates who live near or are looking to move within the commutable vicinity of Boston, MA. This job will start remote but be expected to be in office when the new location opens to foster collaboration with team members and fellow Stavviators.
