You are an experienced Automation Manager with 3-5 years of experience. You are a HubSpot guru, and have experience with an in-product messaging platform. An analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, you thrive in a fast paced environment while having the autonomy to work on our own. You collaborate with peers in marketing and cross functional groups to drive customer and prospect engagement strategy and execution through email and in product messaging.
As our first Marketing Automation Manager, you will be an integral part of our Marketing team. You will partner closely with our Sales, Marketing and Product team to deliver email marketing analytics and strategy as well as maintain, and execute daily tactical email and nurture activity to generate leads and conversions needed to achieve company sales targets.

Our office is also currently located in Newton, MA with an anticipated move date to Boston this coming December. We currently have limited capacity in-office due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are currently accepting candidates who live near or are looking to move within the commutable vicinity of Boston, MA. This job will start remote but be expected to be in office in the future to foster collaboration with team members and fellow Stavviators.
