Who you are

You are an experienced Solutions Engineering Manager with 3-5 years of experience. You are a natural leader, and are passionate about facilitating teams to work to their full potential. You come from a technical background and understand those systems and best practices. You have collaborated and supported a high achieving sales team. You have impressive presentation skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive leadership in pressure situations. You are an organized, self motivated employee who enjoys fast paced environments.


What the role is

As our Solutions Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Solution Engineers and report up through our Chief Customer Officer. You will be instrumental in assisting our Sales, Customer Success and Product teams. You and your team will be responsible for pre and post sale solution engineering work (technical product demonstrations, custom integration builds, escalated support tickets).You will ensure that the Solutions Engineer team is effectively telling the Stavvy story, while embodying Stavvy core values to influence new revenue and support our customers.

In this role you will:

  • Align and Manage the of Solution Engineering Team
  • Communicate department progress/metrics with Chief Customer Officer and the Executive Leadership TeamSupport Sales team with product demonstrations and highly technical discussions
  • Partner with Customer Success team to design and implement custom integrations and workflow design
  • Oversee escalated support tickets to ensure they are addressed and closed in a timely manner

Our office is also currently located in Newton, MA with an anticipated move date to Boston this coming December. We currently have limited capacity in-office due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are currently accepting candidates who live near or are looking to move within the commutable vicinity of Boston, MA. This job will start remote but be expected to be in office in the future to foster collaboration with team members and fellow Stavviators.
