Who you are

  • 3-5 years relevant experience supporting customers
  • Have a technical software background paired with a strong knowledge of various browser and web applications
  • A critical and technically minded thinker who enjoys solving complex problems
  • An effective communicator, you know how to walk through issues and give solutions in an easily digestible manner
  • An expert communicator, people skills come naturally to you as you are well versed in walking through solutions with others
  • Prioritization and punctuality are your super skills, you know how to multitask
  • HubSpot experience is a plus!

What the role is

  • Become an expert on the Stavvy platform in order to expedite and streamline support tickets
  • Follow predetermined guidelines to diagnose technical issues
  • Identify key functionalities in the platform which may need to be addressed by our Solution Engineers or Engineering team
  • Troubleshoot on-demand issues by our customers on the Stavvy platform
  • Help achieve our company goal of having a 100% success and response rate for all support tickets
