Reporting to our Director, Business Finance, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes and increasing revenue. You will evaluate operations and finances, research sales leads, and develop improved business strategies.

What you'll do

  • Analyze market trends and identify areas for improvement where Stavvy can be the solution
  • Create frameworks/methodologies for assessing new market/new use-cases opportunities in the marketplace to increase Stavvy’s competitive advantage
  • Analyze consumer behavior to meet product demand and preferences across industries
  • Perform competitor analysis toward an increased market share. Write proposals and liaise with other departments to align strategies

Who you are

  • Proficient in integrated business management and CRM software, including HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Proven ability to increase competitiveness and market share
  • Competency in researching sales leads, presenting proposals, and negotiating deals
  • Ability to advise on strategic industry partnerships
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Ability to interact across functions in order to identify new business opportunities and solutions for our existing and potential customers
  • Technically skilled and able to create financial and commercial proposals and find solutions to meet customer or partner requirements
  • MBA a plus!
